keeping you up-dated

So the last couple of weeks have been full on with Caroline and Matt's wedding at River Cottage with Claire-Makes-Cakes and Beaminster Flowers. Photos below showing their great work. Caroline arrived in a stunning handmade dress, simple but very beautifully cut. After giving instructions to friends and family Caroline slipped into her 2nd dress of the day!! The day went on from there into the veg garden for the  wedding ceremony with a great band and guest singing.


Tea and cake was next in the order of the day with homemade bourbon biscuits and scones with rhubarb jam. Yummy! Over at the new events tent there was outdoor country fair games like duck bobbing, welly wanging, skittles and a treasure quiz. Everyone was entertained and the steady flow of bubbly relaxed everyone into the party mood. The tables were decorated  with  beautiful scented flowers and herbs, and these paper glasses, moustaches and lips!! You'll have to look at the photos to see what I'm talking about!!


I will leave it there but hope the photos will show you a little more about what everyone got up to!!
